The account lookup keeps the user ID, login, displayed name and returned creation date separate. Broadcaster type and account type describe source fields rather than Dawg ownership.
Check the observation time
A stream observation can report live or offline at the recorded time. It does not stay live forever because the page remains open. A failed source read is not an offline observation.
Viewer counts, stream title, category and language belong to that stream observation. Public videos are a separate source window with its own loaded count and continuation state.
